What is the aim of our Associate structure?

Too many traditional firms are closed off and not structured for flexibility and growth. We would like to change that and see greater skills pools, out of the box thinking, and more robust growth. Our aim is to create a mutual environment, win-win, in which an individual can be part of a team, learn, grow, and have the resources in the toolbox, while our aim is to enhance our skill pool, networks, and broader exposure to taking on new clients. All of this while minimising the need to be a full-time employee if one is focused elsewhere but would like to just gain the growth, exposure, and earning potential of being an associate.
